Hi everyone today’s blog post is about doing what’s right for you. A lot of people might often feel pressured by family,friends ect to do certain things.For example; study for a certain length of time, go on school trips because everyone else is going and so on.But you shouldn’t feel as if you have no choice.
The message that I’m trying to get across is that just because other students might be studying for six hours doesn’t mean that you have to and just because your friends are going on the school trip doesn’t mean that you have to go.If you feel nervous,stressed or anxious about going somewhere or doing something then maybe that’s your body’s way of telling you that it’s not a good idea.
Don’t feel forced into going somewhere or doing something just because everyone else is and then you feel you have to. Make the right decisions for yourself,make yourself happy instead of just following the crowd and being miserable and stressed out while doing so.
I’m no expert at giving advice or even taking my own advice at times. But I do know that it’s important to make the right decisions for yourself and it’s important to put your happiness first because at the end of the day it’s you that’s going to be affected by the choices that you make not your friends or your teachers so there’s no point in just following the crowd.
